Royal Doulton “The Freedoms at Valley Forge” Franklin Mint Heirloom Recommendation

The Royal Doulton “The Freedom at Valley Forge” fine bone china collection is limited edition, and now discontinued.  The collection was produced in 1992, and is the creation of artist Ronald Van Ruyckevelt.  Each plate is a numbered collector piece (no certificate).  The plates measure 8 inches in diameter.  The twelve vibrant coloured plates feature eagles with gold and black patterned borders.
